Affiliate Program Policies

1.1 Commission Structure • Rates: Defined in your Affiliate Dashboard. • Payment: Paid monthly, within 30 days after each calendar month closes. • Currency: GBP (£), net of any applicable taxes.

1.2 Earning & Limitations • Applicable only to first purchases by new customers not already in our sales pipeline. • Customer must remain active for the “locking period” specified in the Dashboard. • Cross-domain tracking applies across all Aldgate Advice–owned properties. • Affiliate links must be used exactly as provided; misuse voids tracking. • No commissions on clients you already service or where you act as billing contact or user. • Suspected fraud (e.g. multiple sign-ups from same IP) will forfeit commissions.

1.3 Upgrades & Downgrades • No extra commission on future upgrades. • If a customer downgrades, you earn the commission for the lower-tier product.

1.4 Attribution • Last-click attribution applies by default. Aldgate Advice Ltd reserves the right to override in exceptional cases.

Promotion & Branding Guidelines

2.1 Brand Usage • Always capitalize both A’s in “Aldgate Advice.” • No misleading claims (e.g. “get rich quick”). • Do not alter or recreate logos, badges, or lock-ups.

2.2 Affiliate Title • Allowed: “Aldgate Advice Affiliate” or “Affiliate Marketer.” • Not allowed: “Partner of Aldgate Advice” or “We’re partnered with Aldgate Advice.”

2.3 Advertising Rules • Ads must point to your own domain, never directly to aldgateadvice.net. . • Do not bid on or compete for branded keywords.

Subcontracting & Third-Party Agencies

Aldgate Advice Ltd may engage qualified third-party marketing agencies to perform parts of the services. Such subcontracting will occur only after we obtain the client’s express written consent. Aldgate Advice Ltd remains fully responsible for the quality and compliance of any subcontracted work.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA) – Summary

4.1 Scope This DPA governs the exchange and handling of Personal Data between Aldgate Advice Ltd and its Affiliates/Partners.

4.2 Key Definitions • Personal Data: Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. • Controller: Determines purposes and means of processing. • Processor: Processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller. • Subprocessor: Third party engaged by Processor under equivalent obligations.

4.3 Roles & Responsibilities • Process data only under documented instructions and for specified purposes. • Subprocessors require pre-approval and must adhere to strict confidentiality & security. • Implement appropriate technical & organizational measures (encryption, access controls, incident response). • Report any data breach to privacy@aldgateadvice.net within 48 hours of discovery.

4.4 International Data Transfers • Transfers outside UK/EU use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an approved adequacy mechanism. • UK transfers comply with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. • Swiss transfers adhere to Swiss DPA requirements.

4.5 Data Return & Deletion Upon termination or on request, Personal Data will be returned or securely destroyed unless legal retention is required.

5.1 Policy Updates We may update these terms any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard. Continued participation implies acceptance.

5.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction These policies are governed by the laws of England & Wales, with exclusive venue in the courts of Rochester.
